1. What notice do you require when I
enter the facility?
Just
give us a call and we will tell you if space is available.
You can reserve units in advance at a prearranged price.

How can I pay?

3.
When do I pay?
Payment
is taken at the outset until the end of the first month of
rental or the end of the following month (if it is less than
45 days). Thereafter rent is payable in advance on the first
day of every calendar month for that month.
4.
What happens if I leave during a month, having already paid
for the month?
Provided
you have given us 14 days notice of your leaving date and
there are no other issues, we will repay all unused days.
5.
Do I have to give notice when I wish to leave the site?
Yes.
14 days notice is required.
6.
What is the minimum period of rental?
You
can have a unit for as little as one day but the minimum charge
will be for two weeks.
7.
What if I have a problem on site?
Call
either the facility phone number which is displayed on the
signage board, or our central office and we will resolve your
problem.
8.
How safe is it?
We
have taken every step that we can to ensure that your goods
are secure.
These
safeguards include:
